Ingredients

  • Sausage 1pc
  • Egg 1pc
  • Mission 6” flour tortilla 1pc

Instructions

1.Stir the egg in a bowl. Preheat the oven at 230 degree.
2.Pour some oil in a pan. Fry the sausage until golden.
3.Put the sausage in the tortilla. Spread some egg at the edges of tortilla as glue. Roll up. Bake the wrap in the oven for about 2-3 minutes until golden. Or heat in a pressor of 80 degree for about 30 seconds. Or grill on a char griddle to get some nice stripe toast mark.
