Coleslaw with roast turkey rolls

Ingredients

 

  • 35g white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 35g red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 35g carrot, coarsely grated
  • 50g roast turkey, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Mission Plain Flour Wraps

Instructions

 

1. Mix white and red cabbage, carrot and roast turkey together in a bowl, add raisins and gently toss the mixture with the mayonnaise, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface, arrange the salad mixture at one end of the deli wrap and carefully roll it up, trying to maintain a tight roll. Cover with a piece of cling film and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

3. To serve cut the roll into 5 cm pieces, discarding the edges.
