1.Cut the leek into 0.5cm strips. Stir the eggs. Reserve 1 spoon of them and fry the rest in a pan get make some scrumbled egg. Add the leek into the pan. Season with salt and leave fire when is cooked.
2.Defrost the tortilla. Put the egg & leek above in half round of the tortilla. Spread the reserved egg at the edges of tortillas as glue. Fold in half and combine well.
3.Add a little oil in a pan on medium fire. Fry the pie on both sides until gets golden and crispy. Serve hot.
