Ingredients

  • 6 Mission Naan
  • 75g unsalted butter
  • ½cup brown sugar
  • 4 x ripe peaches, stone removed & sliced
  • Ice cream or pure cream, to serve

Instructions

1. Place MISSION Pita on a paper lined oven tray and bake in a preheated oven of 180˚C for 5 minutes or until just beginning to colour. Remove from oven and set aside.


2. Melt butter in a non-stick fry-pan until foaming. Stir-in sugar and add peach slices. Cook over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes tossing and turning the peaches until peaches are caramelized. Remove from heat and divide fruit and caramelized sauce between the four wraps. 


3. Return tray to oven and bake for a further 10 - 15 minutes until golden and sticky caramelized.  Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to serving plates. Serve warm with a scoop of ice-cream or a dollop of pure cream.
