Ingredients

 

  • Teriyaki Eel Half Piece
  • Teriyaki Sauce 20g
  • Lettuce 2pcs
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • Mission Plain Flour Wraps 1pc

Instructions

 

1. Blush the eel with the Teriyaki sauce and bake in the oven of 230℃ for 2-3min.

2. Heat the both sides of the tortillas.

3. Place the lettuce, eel and cucumber on the tortillas.

4. Cut into half and serve.
