Ingredients

  • Shredded beef  100g
  • Bay leaf  2pcs          
  • Onion  20g
  • red and green pepper   20g for each
  • red kidney bean  50g
  • Peeled tomato  100g   
  • tomato sauce   30g
  • Shredded garlic  2g     
  • chili powder  2g 
  • cumin powder  2g
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese  30g
  • Seven spice chili mix, chopped parsley, Basil, Pizza grass 
  • Mission 8”flour tortillas  2pcs

Instructions

1.Cook the beef in a pan. Add the bay leaf and pizza grass. Remove the bay leaves when is ready. Chop green and red pepper and onion (10g of each). Mix the above with tomato sauce, peeled tomato and red kidney bean. Season with garlic, cumin powder, chili powder and basil to get the beef paste.
2.Spread some pizza sauce and cheese on one wrap. Cover with the second wraps and spread the beef paste on it. Slice the rest of green and red pepper and onion and spread on the beef. Add 15g Mozzarella cheese.
3.Preheat the oven at 230 and bake for 6 minutes.
4.Spread some seven spice chili mix and chopped parsley on the pie to form the pattern of Mexico national flag.
