Ingredients

 

  • onion 10g
  • eggplant 10g
  • mushroom 20g
  • beef 50g
  • lettuce 20g
  • 8’’ wrap 1pc
  • salt, pepper powder, thyme
  • tomato sauce
  • salad oil
  • butter 

Instructions

 

1. Cut all the vegetables and beef into small stripes. Turn on the fire.

2. Add some oil in the pan. Fry the onion.

3. Then add beef and other vegetables.

4. Heat for a short while when smell comes out. Add tomato sauce, thyme, and seasonings.

5. Mix and heat until the moisture becomes little. 

6. Heat the wrap in the pressing machine.

7. Put the vegetables and beef on the wrap.

8. Roll up and serve.
