Ingredients

 

  • Shrimp 500g
  • Egg White 2pcs
  • Flour 10g
  • Salt, Chicken Powder  
  • Black Sesame 30g
  • Mission Yellow Corn Tortillas 20pcs

Instructions

 

1. Peel and smash the shrimp in a mixer. Add egg white and flour, season with salt and chicken powder. Mix until the paste gets thick.

2. Place the shrimp paste on one corn tortilla. Cover with another tortilla. Divide the tortilla into sixths. Wrap the edges with black sesame.

3. Fry the shrimp chips in the oil of 180℃ for 2-3 minutes.
