Tuna Sun Pie
Tuna in water: 20gPotato: 30gKorean chili sauce: 15gOnion: 8gRed and green chili: 15gMozzarella cheese: 20gMission 8” plain flour wraps: 2pcsDijon mustard sauce
1.Chop the onion, potato, red and green chili. Mix them with tuna and Korean chili sauce.
2.Spread the mixture on one wrap evenly, then add the cheese. Cover with another wrap.
3.Preheat the oven at 230 ℃. spray some water on the wraps and bake for 6 minutes.
4.Take out the pie from the oven. Decorate with some black sesame and Dijon mustard sauce.
