Ingredients

1 Mission Pita Pockets

1 tbsp. Mayonnaise

2 bacon rashers, cooked & diced

½ Avocado, diced

100g cherry tomatoes, diced

2 Lettuce Leaves, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat Pita Pocket for 40 seconds in the microwave
  2. Cut pita pocket along serrated line and spread with mayonnaise
  3. Fill with lettuce, bacon, avocado & tomato
