Ingredients

 

  • Fresh salmon 400g
  • Onion 50g
  • Green &red pepper 50g for each
  • Cajun seasoning 20g
  • Salt, pepper some
  • Salad oil 10ml
  • Green zucchini, yellow zucchini, eggplant 150g for each
  • Mission table white corn tortillas 10pcs

Instructions

 

1. Cut all the vegetables into thin pieces of 0.5cm long. Pickle with salt, oil and pepper powder. Preheat the oven at 220and bake the vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.

2. Slice the salmon into stripes of 10cm long. Wrap with Cajun seasoning. Fry in a pan until half cooked (about 10 seconds)

3. Put the fried salmon on the baked vegetables. Serve with the steamed white corn tortillas.
