Ingredients

  • Mixed seafood 60g
  • Spicy minced meat 30g
  • Picked cabbage 20g
  • Mozzarella cheese 60g
  • Soy sauce, sugar, oil
  • Mission 12” precut tortilla 1pc

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven at 230 degree.
2.Add some oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for 1 minute and pour in the pickled cabbage. Season with soy sauce and sugar. Add some water if necessary. Stir well. Leave aside.
3.Cook the mixed seafood in a pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
4.Fold the tortilla to form a rectangular shape. Spread cheese on it. then spread the meat on half of the tortilla and mixed seafood on the other half. Bake in oven four about 3 and half minutes.
