Ingredients

  • Mixed lettuce 40g
  • Cherry tomato 3pcs
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese 10g
  • Mission plain fried corn chips 10g
  • Mission 8” flour tortilla 1pc

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven at 230 degree. Cut cherry tomato in half.
2.Put the tortilla in the flower shape mold and be pressed with some heavy object to fix the shape. Bake in oven for about 5 minutes to get the crispy tortilla bowl.
3.Put the salad ingredients in the tortilla bowl.
