2. Toss the potatoes, rocket, oil and lemon juice together and season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Fill pita pockets with salmon and potato salad.
3. Combine cream cheese, dill, mustard and sugar and drizzle over the smoked salmon. Serve immediately.
