Ingredients

 

  • Minced pork  200g
  • Pickled cabbage  50g
  • Cabbage  200g
  • Chinese cooking wine  10ml
  • Chilli sauce 10g
  • Egg white  2pcs
  • Salt, chicken powder
  • Mission 9” Plain Flour Wraps  12pcs

Instructions

 

1. Fry the pickled cabbage with the fresh cabbage until are cooked. Add minced pork when the cabbages become room temperature.

2. Season the filling above with salt, chilli sauce and egg white. Stir until it gets sticky.

3. Put 60g filling on each tortilla. Steam the pancake for 2 minutes or heat in microwave on high fire for 30 seconds. Fry in a pan or a grill for 1 minute until both sides become golden.
